salamm bro..mintak tlg buat render sket utk proposed Inspira R3 ni, mungkin boleh buat 2 style, firstly, toned down version of Jebat (no widebody, simplify sket front & rear bumper), pastu second version, amik ‘inspirasi” drpd leak shot Alfa Brera GTA…(agressive bumper design, with air intake for brake cooling, sket2 mcm NeoR3 pun ada gak)..bumper Inspira skrg ni terlalu safe design lah, too blunt, too conventional..

grill depan berbeza sikit dari gambar AGM tu, perhatikan pada crome yg melintang (masih ada koyok) pada logo proton itu kelihatan brada pada kedudukan diatas dan bukan pada bahagian tengah seperti gambar AGM tu, dan kelihatan ada fog lamp… bumper depan kelihatan lebih baik lagi dari gambar AGM tu. x tau la lg sebab byk koyok lg.

i fell more excited with a pure very own proton model from ground up development,
frankly im guickly get bored with inspira (its a good car though). because it cannot hide the origin of the car its dont have a proton design philosophy to it.

1.6 cfe, this car will be really good. cvt vt3 its further save fuel.
proton has to be careful pricing the car. average malaysian want a good budget car.
saga flx with exora cfe i suspect it will be an up rise for proton for the first time proton is trusted by malaysian, hopefully.
and the emergence of this comfortable sedan people know their trusted brand.

i would say now proton can make good car, few thing i would like to comment.
1- brake pedal too high
2-proton should re asses steering reach, (easily solved by telescopic adjustable)
3-reassess the lumbar support for the seats.
4-reassess braking power.
5-electric steering might be put into consideration.
6-all gated selector for car with automatics.

kalu tgk mcm bentuk h lever dia. Handbrake sbelah sisi driver,mcm waja n ada cup holders sbelah dia, aircond vent bntk 4 segi,tp bkn 4 segi tepat,memanjang,ala bmw punya bentuk. Aircond controller mcm inspira pun ada,bentuk bulat,sebaris memanjang,ats dia ada button utk hazard light n xberapa jelas button aper lg, atas tu ice unit. Kiri kanan ice unit(bukan skali ngan ice unit,mcm intergrate ngan dashboard),ada button,itupun aku xpasti button aper.

saya suka komen pasal lebar, kekadang kena tengok kat gambar beserta jarak ukuran, sbb lebar kereta tu ada jugak yg dikira dari hujung cermin sisi ke hujung cermin sisi yg satu lagi…bkn takat body jer. jadi kesimpulannya keta tu kecik sikit sebenarnya lps tolak ukuran cermin sisi. nak tgk interiror width kekadang ada yg tak bagi sertakan. kenapa penting lak?

pada pndpt aku,ada kedengaran p1 benchmark vios,city,civic utk pasaran asia, forte utk asia,europe n america, opel utk europe.
Mgkin utk benchmark power train, handling,size,equipment n etc.
Pndpt aku,pemilihan kete benchmark bkn semata2 kerana dia best seller,tp mgkin mndpat review yg baik dr auto journo coz kat euro,pndangan diaorg ckup diambil kira oleh pengguna kat sana,agak berbeza mcm msia coz mereka mmg buat research dl sblm beli kete. Sehinggakan jenis octane petrol n emmision level pun diambil kira coz melibatkan ownership cost termasuk rega kete.
Opel xsalah sayalah,penah dlm stahun 2 nih(xingat bila),mng award european car coz design dia,xsilap opel insignia, tp agak terlambat coz lambat kuar berbanding ngan lain automaker.
Enjin astra gtc pun dpt revew agak baik dr auto journo.
Market asia especially asia tenggara pun kena amik kira. Mgkin sbb tuh vios pun diambil utk benchmark walupun xdalah yg terbaik dlm segment,tp jualan dia cukup tinggi n diminati,so kena kaji gak faktor2nya walupun antaranya kerana nama toyota :-).
So,aku berdoa n harap agar p321a mendapat sambutan yg baik n review yg baik sluruh dunia,mcm kia forte n ceed,mcm hyundai i30,yg berjaya kluar dr kepompong n kebiasaan sehingga menaikkan jenama kia n hyundai di persada dunia.
Kdg2,kena gak berani mcm prius,kalu ikutkan,pricing mula2 tuh merugikan coz cukup murah berbanding cost pengeluaran coz target sales rendah,tp tetiba meletup sampai mencecah jutaan unit n akhirnya mendatangkan untung coz volume besar.

Problem Proton sekarang adalah interior yang tidak update to standard. saga blm/fl macam 80’an dashboard, Exora macam 10 tahan lepas punya interior design and fit finishing.
Tolong lah Proton buat lah Interior yang ada class. nak jadi global car, interior tak boleh guly sangat. buatlah logo chrome dlm steering.

As an enclosed space in which to spend time, the Exora’s cabin is dreadful. The plastics appear to have been designed and constructed using templates and trims found round the back of the factory after Nissan decided it was time to move on from the 1990s Sunny.
The materials and style are from a bygone era, one we bade good riddance to a long time ago. Switches and stalks operate with a cheap action, and even things like the armrests on the front seats can’t be adjusted to suit. Oh, and while the steering wheel adjusts up and down, it was so stiff on our test car as to be nigh-on unmovable.
The glass area, meanwhile, is huge, but that only serves to remind you how nice the outside world is compared with the Exora’s interior. <<< OMG
The ride and handling of our test car was a throwback to the bad old days, too.

Actually, exora more to Asian style rather than europe. Org Europe prefer diesel pasal murah dan ofcouse lots (many2) HP for their cars. Asian people lebih kepada kegunaan harian ( bawak anak g sekolah, balik kampung, angkut barang niaga etc2).

Mmm… saya tak kata exora adalah yg terbaik, tapi review mcm tu seperti ada agenda tersendiri. Org review kereta yg dah ada dlm pasarannya (uk). Kalau yg bakal dalam pasaran pun kena ar test drive kereta yg dlm spek utk pasaran tu. Nie main andaian info2 jer. Sgt2 bias. Seolah2 nk memburukkan reputasi exora yg bakal menjengah ke pasaran uk tu. Tunggu jer ar bila exora masuk pasaran uk then baru ar review. Bongkak gak mat saleh nie.

138hp untuk cvt kot, 151mungkin untuk version manual.
Punch Motive cvt3 digunakan dlm CFE turbo hanya boleh support max 220Nm tork, jadi Proton terpaksa limit tork dlm CFE turbo ni sampai 205Nm.

lagi satu… benchmark turbo paling optimal untuk 1.6L ialah @2.0L
kalu pergi lebih dari itu reengineering kene dilakukan dah cost akan lagi tinggi dari nak buat enjin 2.0L. 205NM tu dah cukup untuk kereta sedan medium size.. kan bak aku kata kalu pecutan exora sama rasa mcm bwk myvi, apatah lagi enjin nie dalam p321a.. renung2kan.. selamat hari jumaat

mr anonymus,if u read review from autocar uk, they rule out contradic review than what a car. So, u just cannot only read a review n make conclusion on that. Even other asian journo review also need to be consider. R u said that asian journos are not professional than what a car journo?
if u have time reading bangkok post review on exora compare to 7 other competitors in the same category, so u will know why exora become the best mpv in thai for 2010.
U cant compare exactly exora with euro or german makes coz thay are even better than the japs n koreans, but atleast proton are trying hard to catch up with japs n koreans n they nearly there.
To compare with euro@germans, we are still far behind, but atleast they put their utmost effort to be there. It doesnt matter it takes how long,but we know they are trying their best than its rival which still just rebadging,afraid to move forward.
Failure is one ingridients for success. Hope they manage to make us proud.

harap juga all stalk n controller ada rubberband feel,maksudnya bila pusing@tekan,lembut jer rasa,bukan kasar.
